VEEN and Qasimi open London Fashion Week

If it's good for Qasimi, it is good for you! It was the second time in a row, that VEEN joined forces with the luxury brand Qasimi at London Fashion Week. The AW 09/10 haute couture collection lifted its inspiration from current affairs. With "black mourning" as the theme of their third collection, the talented design duo Elliot J. Frieze and HH Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi have earned their front row seats in the world of fashion. 

 

 

 

When it comes to sponsors they don't leave it half way. This year the models were accessorized by Harry Winston diamonds. Erin O´Connor was wearing 9 rows of 873 round cut diamonds, weighing a total of 81,91 carats. Cecilia Chancellor's diamond lace necklace set in platinum, contained a total of 421 diamonds, weighting a total of 69,95 carats. Supermodels on stage with all their best friends!

"We chose VEEN because it is in itself a premium brand,"
says Elliot J. Frieze of Qasimi, when asked why VEEN was their choice for the collaboration. Since in this business it is all about detail, it is supposedly only natural, that the only refreshment good enough for runway models such as Yasmin le Bon is the smoothest spring water of the planet. Brands showcasing with Qasimi this season were: Harry Winston Diamonds, Bentley cars, Camitz sparkling Vodka, Godiva chocolatier, Chambord liquors, Cuckoo Club, Nokia and Terry de Havilland London to name a few.
