Founded in Chicago in 1950 by the former MoMA curator Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., together with such pioneers in modern design as Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, Russel Wright and George Nelson. GOOD DESIGN honors the yearly achievements of the best industrial and graphic designers and world manufactures for their pursuit of extraordinary design excellence.
For 58 years, everything and anything produced in and for the environment from a paperclip to a Boeing 777 have been honored. VEEN is on its way to become a classic
You might remember that VEEN received the global ”Best bottle in glass” award in September 2007. VEEN also won bronze in the global PENTAWARDS competition in November 2007. With the GOOD DESIGN award VEEN is on its way to become a classic. We´re proud for these achievements, without you they would not have been possible!
