Christian Aarø Mortensen, an old veteran in the Danish, French and English restaurant scenes, opened Prémisse in 2008 as a co-owner and later became the solo owner of the restaurant. In 2009, the restaurant changed its name to aarø & co. (abbreviated a|o|c). Together with other key persons, such as the Head Chef Ronny Emborg, Mr. Mortesen assures that a|o|c's chefs have worked their magic to bring you unbeatable combinations of flavours, textures and forms - and of course only from the finest ingredients.

Taman Gang, Balinese for "Park Lane" is Mayfair's most exotic venue.  A treasure trove of gourmet delicacies, luscious cocktails and sumptuous art, the restaurant is the ultimate haven for a elegant night-out.
