Restaurant Loiste is a warm-spirited restaurant in the very heart of Helsinki next to Helsinki Railway Station. Far above the city's hustle and bustle of daily life, the 10th floor restaurant is an exceptionally pleasant place to enjoy lunch and à la carte dinners.

Eastside Inn in Farringdon, London, is the realization of Bjorn and Justine van der Horst's dream to create a contemporary restaurant in which they can welcome guests like they do in their own homes - in a relaxed and warm atmosphere, with the kitchen at its heart. The welcoming space is divided into two parts, with a casual French bistro on one side and a modern fine-dining restaurant on the other.

Christian Aarø Mortensen, an old veteran in the Danish, French and English restaurant scenes, opened Prémisse in 2008 as a co-owner and later became the solo owner of the restaurant. In 2009, the restaurant changed its name to aarø & co. (abbreviated a|o|c). Together with other key persons, such as the Head Chef Ronny Emborg, Mr. Mortesen assures that a|o|c's chefs have worked their magic to bring you unbeatable combinations of flavours, textures and forms - and of course only from the finest ingredients.
