Chez Dominique is a two Michelin-star restaurant founded in 1998 and located in the very heart of Helsinki from 2006 onwards. Chez Dominique's kitchen aims to create new innovations based on Nordic and French flavours. “Our job is to surprise, offer experiences not to be found at home nor at any other restaurant. The first and foremost element in our cuisine has always been the taste. I love to experiment but not at the expense of our customers”, explains Head Chef and the owner of the restaurant Hans Välimäki.

Chez Dominique has been nominated for various other prizes in addition to the famous Michelin stars, for example The Restaurant of the Year 2000 by the Finnish Gastronomic Society,  The Best Restaurant in Finland 2004-2008 by Viisi tähteä –magazine and The 50 Best Restaurants in the World (21.) by Restaurant magazine UK.

While dining you can enjoy the beautiful interior designed by Vertti&Co. Chez Dominique offers seating for 50 customers in the dining room and 14 in the cabinet.
